The sheets have been specially designed for the production of chic and stylish chocolates, sweets and chocolate deco on pies and desserts.
Chop the chocolate according to the instructions on the packaging. Cut the sheet to the desired size. Place the leaf with the cocoa butter on a non-stick board and pour the crushed chocolate over it until the leaf is completely covered. Once the chocolate is 2-3 mm thick, put the leaf in the refrigerator and let the chocolate get a little stiff. Cut the chocolate into strips with a sharp knife (depending on size and shape). Then put the strips in the fridge for another 20 minutes. Wear clean white cotton gloves when removing the chocolate from the refrigerator. Place a cake plate on the chocolate and turn everything carefully. Now carefully remove the leaves from the chocolate (these should now be on top). Move carefully and without touching the chocolate.
