Ingredients for fruit dessert in glass

  • 480ml cups of oat milk (2 cups)
  • 1 mango
  • 1 kiwi
  • 100g berry mix (frozen or fresh) - (1 cup)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 30g of spinach (frozen or fresh) - 1 ounce


Instructions
  1. Cut the mango into small pieces and puree. Split in half.
  2. Split oat milk in half Add cornstarch to one half and stir until dissolved. Bring remaining oat milk to a boil. Then add in the cold milk and stir constantly. Bring it to a boil until it thickens.  Then remove from heat.
Dessert 1)
  1. Add 1/3 of the oat milk to half of the mango and stir. Puree for smooth consistency.
  2. Divide into 3 - 4 small glasses.
Dessert 2)
  1. Mix berries with sugar and thaw. Mix with 1/3 of the oatmilk and puree.
  2. Divide into 3 - 4 small glasses.
Dessert 3)
  1. Cut a kiwi and combine with spinach, remaining mango and oatmilk together and puree.
  2. Divide evenly between 3 - 4 small glasses.
