- Egg white of 4 eggs
- 180g sugar
- 2 Tbl Sp Vanilla extract
Bake for 2.5 hours at 100 degrees Celcius.
To color the pumpkin meringue, I use a combination of RainbowDust and AmeriColor in orange. Unfortunately, we do not sell AmeriColor in our shop. For the green pumpkin stem, I use Rainbow Dust.
