Apple Spekulatius (Apple spice):

  • 1 apple
  • 1.5 tablespoons of apricot jam
  • 4 Spekulatius biscuits
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 4 small scoops of vanilla ice

Lemon Curd:

  • Lemon pudding / lemon curd: http://www.keyk.de/en/blog/baking-recipes-and-ideas/light-lemon-curd-recipe  about 1/3 - 1/2 of the recipe
  • 1.5 tablespoons of raspberry jam
  • 4 - 5 full grain biscuits
  • Topping: Cream of Nutella Pudding (without Nutella) + 4 raspberries

Nutella Pudding:

  • 80g heavy cream
  • 125g mascarpone
  • 30g-45g powdered sugar (sugar can always be added afterward - but since Nutella is added, I'd recommend you start adding a bit at first)
  • 2 tablespoons Nutella
  • 25g chopped hazelnuts
