Last week I made complicated galaxie macarons.  This week, I wanted to create something simple yet delicious.  That is how these chocolate truffles came about.

Ingredients:

  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 50g milk chocolate
  • 15g butter
  • 100g heavy cream

Coating:

Anything you like! I have cocoa powder, coconut flakes, freeze dried strawberries, freeze dried blueberries and chopped almonds.
