Ingredients for chocolate sauce:

  • 100g butter
  • 200g sugar
  • 250ml of milk
  • 100g cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla paste
  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • Put milk, sugar and cocoa powder in a saucepan and heat at medium heat, stirring until the sugar melts and there are no more cocoa powder lumps.
  • Remove from heat, then add butter, salt and vanilla paste and stir until the butter melts.
  • Enjoy with ice or fruit.
