Cake Pop Recipe Ingredients:

  • 100g butter (at room temperature)
  • 90g sugar + 1 pack of vanilla sugar (alternatively 100g sugar + 1 tsp vanilla extract)
  • 2 eggs
  • 110g of flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 5g of butter for greasing the mold

Vanilla Cake Pop Instructions:

  1. Grease the base of the silicone mold (the bottom half of the balls) with butter
  2. Beat butter until creamy for 1 minute
  3. Add sugar and beat for another 30 seconds
  4. Add eggs one at a time, stirring 30 seconds before adding the next egg
  5. In a seperate bowl, combine the baking powder, flour and salt
  6. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients
  7. Pour the batter into the silicone mold (molds should be filled to the edge)
  8. Cover the silicone mold with the lid
  9. Bake for 18 - 20 minutes in a pre-cooked oven at 180 degrees
