1 Teaspoon Garlic powder recommended, but optional
2.5 Teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cumin optional
Remaining bread ingredients
Bread bowl instructions:
Begin with the starters by combining flour and water. Mix well then cover and set aside at room temperature for 4 hours. Typically, starters need several days to gain their full flavor. In 4 hours we achieve a less intense, but still delicious flavor.
After four hours are over, combine yeast with sugar and warm water and set aside for 5 - 10 minutes until foam covers the surface.
Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl and knead for 2 - 3 minutes.
Cover the bread dough for 90 minutes and set aside in a warm place until it doubles in size.
After 90 minutes, separate the dough in 4 even sized balls and place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
Let's eat bread for 20 minutes until they fluff and heat the oven to 180 degrees Celcius.
Place bread balls in the oven for 35 minutes at 180 degrees Celcius.
Allow to cool, then cut at 1/4 on top, take out inside of bread and fill with soup.
