Ingredients for a delicious, creamy mascarpone filling:

  • 500ml heavy cream
  • 500g mascarpone
  • 8 tbl sp San-Apart
  • 80g powdered sugar
  • vanilla extract


Preparation:

  1. Add San-Apart to heavy cream and mix for 1 - 2 minutes.  Add sifted powdered sugar and beat until stiff.
  2. Add mascarpone and vanilla extract and combine with a spatula. 
  3. Cool in fridge.

Measurements are sufficient to fill a 6 layered 20 cm diameter cake.
