Ingredients for a delicious, creamy mascarpone filling:
- 500ml heavy cream
- 500g mascarpone
- 8 tbl sp San-Apart
- 80g powdered sugar
- vanilla extract
- Add San-Apart to heavy cream and mix for 1 - 2 minutes. Add sifted powdered sugar and beat until stiff.
- Add mascarpone and vanilla extract and combine with a spatula.
- Cool in fridge.
Measurements are sufficient to fill a 6 layered 20 cm diameter cake.
